Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific skincare products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original box, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
